The capacity building workshops were conducted for 300 women from different provinces of Afghanistan in Management and Accounting which includes subjects as Management, Communication, Monitoring, Evaluation, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics etc in order to equip them with the theoretical and practical knowledge of said topics so that they can batter able to get a handsome job with organizations or run an independent business.
